Currently part of the team at Sexy Fish Miami under Caprice Holdings LLC, she has played a key role in curating global cocktail menus and training staff for the successful launch of locations in Miami and Dubai. A 2024 Spirited Awards Judging Panel member for Tales of the Cocktail.

Her career also includes leading cocktail programs at Aria’s Forbes Five-Star, Five Diamond properties in Las Vegas, and contributing to training development for Hakkasan Group.
